REFUND POLICY – Stratum™
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a refund, products must be unused and returned in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
